fashion portfolio?should i copyright my designs (or something similar) before i send them in my college application portfolio. i want to send my best designs so they can get a good idea of me but i dont want them 'stolen'.
I definetly reccomend signing them but i wouldn't worry so much about theft. The people who observe these portfolios are usually in the same field as you are trying to get into and understand how you feel. They wouldnt want thier stuff stolen so its kind of just good karma type of situation and professionalism. But if you feel more comfortable you should go with your instinct. Your not crazy for being worried because you never know wht could happen, the buisness is aaalllwwaaaayyyysss moving. Just from experience i've submitted portfolios numerous times and never had a problem =)
